TeamKal Event 2025
On October 2, we had the pleasure of welcoming all our valued contractors to this year’s TeamKal Event in Manchester. The gathering, which has become a well-established annual networking highlight, was dedicated to the inspiring theme of “AI for Architectural Inspiration.”
After a warm welcome from Andrew Leach, CEO of Kalzip GmbH, the program began with an insightful keynote speech by Michael Oswald, Managing Director of Diconal. In his address, he explored the innovative possibilities offered by the FA PV clamp, a pioneering solution developed through the close cooperation between Diconal and Kalzip.
Further enriching the day, Neville Grunwald from WATES shared an informative presentation on the Building Safety Act, providing valuable perspectives on current developments and their implications for the industry. This was followed by an inspiring contribution from Prof. Jan R. Krause, whose talk on “Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Construction” shed light on how digital technologies are shaping the future of architectural design and project delivery.
Another highlight of the event was the presentation of the TeamKal Awards 2025, recognizing and celebrating the most outstanding and innovative projects of recent years. The announcement of the winners drew enthusiastic applause and underlined the high level of creativity and excellence within our network.
