LC LIVIN, Lahnstein

MPLUS ARCHITEKTEN GBR: MPLUS Architekten, based in Koblenz, develop architecture that combines design quality, technical expertise and practical project delivery. At LC LIVIN in Lahnstein, the office created a contemporary residential building for the Rheinquartier, with 35 apartments ranging from compact units to maisonettes and penthouses. The project stands out through its urban façade composition and the use of a perforated acoustic façade, turning building-envelope performance into a visible part of the architectural concept.
