KALZIP Colors: Polyester and PVDF Coatings
Kalzip FC Panels with Polyester Coating
The coating is durable and offers excellent formability as well as good weather and UV resistance. Kalzip profiled sheets or panels with a polyester coating are primarily used in locations with normal environmental conditions. We offer optional protective film to protect the surface during installation.
Kalzip FC Panels with PVDF Coating
This coating is particularly well-suited for aggressive environments and extreme climatic conditions, such as those near the sea. Profiled sheets and panels in PVDF quality are characterized by excellent UV resistance, have very good deformation properties, and are primarily used in façade design.

The High-Performance Coating System (HPC) is a polymer-resin-based formulation that is characterized by its high resistance to chalking and color stability. It offers high durability and is suitable for use in harsh and demanding climatic conditions with high UV radiation. With a gloss level of just 3%, Kalzip HPC sets new standards in roof and façade design.

MATTE AND METALLIC
With its AluPlusPatina metallic finishes for roof and façade systems, Kalzip offers designers and architects subtly elegant finishes in gold, bronze, and copper looks. A special surface treatment reduces diffuse light reflection on the pre-weathered surfaces. The color gradations are produced through electrolytic passivation without the application of paint. The thickness of the passivated coating remains unchanged over the years compared to its original thickness, ensuring a long service life.
