Kalzip GmbH to Become Part of Tremco Construction Products Group

Koblenz – Kalzip GmbH, a leading global manufacturer of aluminium roofing and façade systems, acknowledges today’s announcement by Tremco Construction Products Group (“Tremco CPG”) regarding its intention to acquire Kalzip. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter, subject to customary closing conditions.

Kalzip has been shaping modern architecture since 1968, delivering lightweight, durable and visually distinctive aluminium building envelope solutions from its headquarters in Koblenz. With more than 120 million square metres of aluminium systems supplied worldwide, including landmark projects such as the roof Barajas International Airport in Madrid, the Etihad Stadium in Manchester, Children’s Hospital Dublin and LAX Metro Station in Los Angeles, the company has built a strong reputation for engineering excellence and architectural innovation.
