Kalzip GmbH to Become Part of Tremco Construction Products Group
Koblenz – Kalzip GmbH (“Kalzip”), one of the leading providers of aluminum roofing, façade and building envelope systems, is now officially part of Tremco Construction Products Group (“Tremco CPG”), part of RPM International Inc.
With this acquisition, Kalzip enters the next phase of its corporate development under the umbrella of a globally leading construction products group. Tremco CPG is part of RPM International Inc., one of the world’s leading companies in construction materials, specialty coatings and sealants.
Over the past years, Kalzip has successfully strengthened its market position and further expanded its international footprint. With approximately 180 employees and revenues of around EUR 75 million in fiscal year 2024, the company operates through numerous international sales offices and a globally deployed fleet of mobile production units.
By joining Tremco CPG, Kalzip will benefit from strong industrial expertise, complementary product portfolios and access to additional international markets. The partnership creates significant opportunities to expand integrated building envelope solutions and to deliver enhanced value to customers worldwide.
Kalzip will continue to operate under its established brand, maintaining its commitment to innovation, quality and customer-focused solutions.
