Kelvin Hall, Glasgow
The Kelvin Hall in Glasgow is home to various institutions, including the Glasgow Club, various museums, the National Library of Scotland and a play and climbing centre. The building has stood at the foot of the River Kelvin since 1927 and has served as an exhibition, concert and event hall.
Nine years ago, the entire building was given a new roof. The Kalzip system used could be flexibly applied to both the pitched roofs and the barrel roofs. Adjustments are currently being made again: Thanks to the FA PV clamp developed together with @Diconal, the existing standing seam roof can be retrofitted with a photovoltaic system.
Thoughtfully considered. KALZIP.
