Every renovation is a bridge between the past and the future.
As part of the refurbishment of the Paul & Co industrial building in Wildflecken, the Kalzip 65/400 roof system with a Stucco finish was installed. One of the project’s highlights was the installation of Kalzip sheets measuring up to 64.30 metres in length, which were lifted into place by crane. The result is a durable building envelope that preserves the existing structure while creating new opportunities for the future.
Executed by Hohmann Dachtechnik GmbH, the project shows how modern refurbishment can combine durability, functionality and clean architectural design.
