Hotel with two brands in Uptown Dallas

A 19-story #hotel complex is currently under construction in #UptownDallas, which will be operated under the Marriott brands AC Hotel and Moxy Hotel. Both hotels will have their own lobby and separate entrance, but will remain connected within a shared building structure. In total, the project combines 264 guest rooms, dining options, a fitness area, and an underground parking garage. The short, approximately 15-minute connection to the airport underscores the aim of efficiently serving both business and leisure travelers. 

The architectural firm responsible chose perforated aluminum profiles from #Kalzip for the building envelope. The metallic-accented façade design is executed as a mullion-transom construction on hat profiles, giving the building its precise, modern appearance. The perforation also provides privacy and sun protection, while the chosen aluminum material supports the functional requirements of the project with its durability and corrosion resistance.
