Hill University
Edge Hill University in Lancashire, England, is a public university with a campus in Ormskirk. The institution consists of three faculties: Arts and Science, Education and Health and Social Care.
New buildings are currently being constructed on the campus: Plans include additional student accommodation and a new science building that will house state-of-the-art research facilities. The new residences will offer modern amenities and feature a green courtyard with gardens and social spaces for students.
These meeting spaces encourage social interaction and create a communal atmosphere. Both the ‘on campus’ student residences and the new science building will have a Kalzip roof – in keeping with the existing buildings on campus – which contributes to architectural consistency and is known for its durability and energy efficiency.
