Koblenz – Kalzip GmbH (“Kalzip”), one of the leading providers of aluminum roofing, facade, and building envelope systems, is now officially part of the Tremco Construction Products Group (“Tremco CPG”), a subsidiary of RPM International Inc.
With this acquisition, Kalzip is entering the next phase of its corporate development as part of a leading global building products group. Tremco CPG is part of RPM International Inc., one of the world’s leading companies in building materials, specialty coatings, and sealants.
In recent years, Kalzip has successfully strengthened its market position and further expanded its international presence. With approximately 180 employees and revenue of approximately 75 million euros in fiscal year 2024, the company operates through numerous international sales offices and a fleet of mobile production units deployed worldwide.
Through its merger with Tremco CPG, Kalzip benefits from strong industrial expertise, complementary product portfolios, and access to additional international markets. The partnership creates significant opportunities to expand integrated building envelope solutions and deliver added value to customers worldwide.
Kalzip will continue to operate under its established brand and maintain its commitment to innovation, quality, and customer-focused solutions.
