Kalzip is pleased to announce that Alexa Giles has joined the company as Regional Sales Manager for Colorado, strengthening Kalzip’s presence in the United States and supporting the growing demand for sustainable, high-performance building envelope solutions.
Kalzip is a global leader in the design and manufacture of aluminum roof and façade systems, offering solutions that combine durability, creative freedom, and environmental responsibility. With millions of square meters installed across all climate zones, Kalzip products meet the highest standards for weather resistance, recyclability, and architectural performance.
Alexa brings a strong foundation in building systems and sustainability. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sustainable Building Systems from Appalachian State University and began her career as an Assistant Project Manager for a leading mechanical contractor in the southeast. Her focus on energy efficiency and occupant health led her naturally to her current role in the building envelope sector.
“I’ve always believed that the buildings we design and construct should actively contribute to a healthier planet and improved quality of life. That’s what drew me to Kalzip—its focus on long-lasting, sustainable envelope solutions.”
As Regional Sales Manager, Alexa will support architects, contractors, and developers in Colorado, helping them realize innovative and buildable designs with Kalzip’s versatile aluminum systems.
“Whether I’m working with architects, contractors, or developers, my goal is to help implement solutions that are not just creative and buildable—but also responsible.”
“I’m especially passionate about systems that support LEED certification, reduce operational carbon, and promote long-term building wellness. Kalzip’s product range ticks all those boxes.”
From standing seam roofing systems to custom façade solutions and integrated photovoltaics, Kalzip offers the technical versatility needed to meet the challenges of Colorado’s climate and architectural ambition.
“I’m excited to support projects that push boundaries—not just visually, but in terms of sustainability and performance. Kalzip offers the kind of solutions that future-ready buildings demand.”
With Alexa Giles on board, Kalzip continues its commitment to helping clients in North America build with confidence, quality, and purpose.
The Metal Cladding and Roofing Manufacturers Association (MCRMA) is an industry association dedicated exclusively to the metal building envelope supply chain. With our colleague Adrian Whitefoot, Special Projects Manager at Kalzip UK, the #MCRMA has now elected an experienced leader as its new Chairman.
Adrian Whitefoot takes over from Clare Fenton, who has completed her four-year term as Chair. He will be supported by a newly constituted MCRMA Board and various industry stakeholders.
We say: Congratulations and good luck!
